Chess Porty
We are a group of locals and regular visitors to Edinburgh's seaside neighbourhood of Portobello.
We meet up regularly to play chess, meet new neighbours and enjoy all the nice spaces Porty has to offer.
Anyone is welcome, regardless of chess ability / experience, gender, race, sexuality, ability or anything else.
Sunday coffee & chess
We meet almost every other Sunday at Tanifiki, a cafe on Portobello High Street, for social coffee games over hot drinks and pastries.
Sessions are from 10am til noon.
Turn up when you're able to, and bring a set if you have one (though don't worry if you don’t).
To find out which dates we're meeting and get notified, join the Facebook group.
